Fan coils are a necessity to offices because they help reach the ideal temperature on the office floor.

If any of the main components were to fail then you would be unable to reach the required temperature within the building. This can happen in many ways eg: fan coil motors, actuator, valves or coil.

You need to regularly check condense pump trays, as they can fill up. This means that they start to overflow into the office which can cause many problems.

We can repair fan coil decks in our workshop and test them before delivery back to site, where as the actuators, valves, coil and condense pumps are more cost effective to replace.
