We know that replacing a motor is not always the solution or best way to fix the issue which is why we offer a refurbishment of existing motors.
This will tend to involve cleaning mechanical components and changing the bearings. However on occasion we find that the motor is out of balance or may need to be mechanically machined on the shaft or bearing house due to degradation. We normally carry out various pre-testing procedures on the motor before refurbishing.
On completion of refurbishment the motor is once again tested before being returned to the customer on site.
